Return Policy

We believe in a 100% customer service guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be returned with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

We do replace caps for the insulated sport bottles free of charge. Simply email support@polarbottle.com with the type of cap you have with the mailing address and we will get replacement caps to you as soon as possible. We do like to keep those bottles going!
